Version 1.2 Release

This release is chalked full of new features and enhancements. Try these new features out in the demo tool!

NEW MODULE:
Course Attachments
This module allows you to upload and link to documents (pdf, ppt, doc, docx,...) as well as upload and embed images into a module.

ENHANCED MODULE:
Librarian Profile
You can now embed an image into your profile

FIXED MODULE:
Course Reserves
The course reserves module is now fixed. Select a course and automatically pull information directly from the catalog. Select which reserves to embed and the module will display the title, author and call number as well as link to the catalog entry.

NEW AUTO BOX:
About this Guide
If your page/guide has a description, that description is automatically pulled in and displayed in the left-hand side of the pages/guides. This is to help search engines find your guides and provide some basic information about the guides/pages.

LIBRARIAN REQUESTS

Print Order: print view reads the modules from left to right and lists them in that order.

Show All: you can now view all your modules/pages/guides by selecting the show all button at the bottom of your lists. This will let you view all your mods/guides/pages in one screen.

Next/Previous: Step through your list of modules/pages/guides. This will let you page through your lists.

Stars on My Modules list: Yellow star means the module is on at least one page/guide and a grey star means the module is not on any guides/pages. This will give you a visual cue on the state of your modules.

Multiple Course Sections: You can now have multiple sections of a course page. The course section field now allows you add slashes, i.e., 356/456. This will allow you to have one course page for multiple sections.

More formatting options: The tool's text editor now includes blockquote, tables and a HTML editor. This will allow you to easily embed and format quotes and tables. And if you want to, you can code your content straight in HTML.
