Is there some cache I don't know about clearing? Ver 1.3

Ala Carte administrators,
I've found what should be a minor typo in the 1.3 distribution.
In /alacarte/app/views/srg/_left_side_bar.html.erb the line that should point to /course-guides/ has /subject-guides/ in it instead, so the link that says Related Course Guides goes to the Subject guides.
It's easy enough to fix the error, but after fixing it, the changes aren't showing up.
We're fairly new to this particular software environment, so is there something to restart other than apache or some cache I'm not aware of to clear out?

Making changes
You need to restart your web server to see changes when running in production. So restart your mongrel or phusion or whatever you are using.
Also I highly recommend you upgrade tp 1.4.5!
