  Rails: We have provided a frozen copy of Rails 2.2.3 with this application*

    News: Version 1 enhances previous versions with subject research guides, a new way to manage and reuse content, and an improved admin interface that allows customization of the guide's templates through the tool. The tool and the templates have a new look and feel and there is an improved help section.
