We are very pleased to announce a new release of Library a la Carte. The new release involves major under-the-hood changes, new features and some improvements to existing features. There are also some design and layout changes to the tool and the public pages.
Release 1.4 is postponed until the middle or end of October. We want to finish adding some admin customization tools and test out the new Tutorials with some users.

We are very pleased to announce a new release of Library a la Carte. The new release involves some under-the-hood changes, new librarian-requested features and some improvements to existing features. There are also some design and layout changes to the tool, and work continues on making the public pages meet section 508 requirements and improving the usability of the tool.
California State University San Marcos is using Library
à la Carte for their course and subject guides. They have customized the guides' templates and made some changes to the open-source code. Check out their course guides.
Version 1.1 is mainly a bug fix release. But, there are some new additions like a proxy url to the database module, and a new color scheme for the guide's template.
The Library à la Carte team are proud to announce the release of Library à la Carte 1.0. While still a beta release version 1 includes many new features and lots of bug fixes.
